Slava is the founder and Managing Director of Law Hero.

Previously, he worked with DFDL Myanmar and Arion Legal and advised a number of multinational organisations operating in Laos, including:

• Trafigura Pty Ltd;
• edotco Investments (Labuan) Limited;
• AIDS Healthcare Foundation;
• Burapha Agro-Forestry Co Ltd;
• CARE International;
• Catholic Relief Services;
• Électricité du Laos;
• Delivery Hero (APAC) Pte Limited (foodpanda); and
• Valentis Resources.

Slava has assisted the Ministry of Electricity and Energy of Myanmar with the drafting of the Electricity Law and regulations in 2014-2015 and the Ministry of Energy and Mining of Lao PDR with the preparation of the mining regulations in 2019.

He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom, an MBA from Stamford International University in Thailand and a law degree from Tomsk State University in Russia.

Slava speaks English, Russian, Thai, basic Lao and basic Myanmar.
